Pilot

First blog posts are the worst and they make me want to change my mind about starting a blog in the first place. But! I love to write. And I think I secretly love to write things for people to read. Whether it's a good reaction or a bad one, you're still interested and I guess that's what's fun for me.

I told myself if I ever start a blog it will be true. I'm not going to filter my words for your comfort, I'm not going to fill you with false truths, and I'm not going to be another 20-something-year-old Mormon mommy blogger providing you with recipes and home remedies for diaper rash. My spelling isn't going to be perfect. My mind is going to wander and go off track.

I want this to be something like you've never read before. I want it to be raw. I want it to be true. I want it to hit home with you and know you're not the only person in the world who is crazy.

Let me first start my saying Hi. I'm Rylee. I'm 20 years old. No kids, no husband. As of right now I'm working a full time job that I've been at for over a year and really enjoy. I go to full time school and am planning on calling it quits pretty soon. I rescued a dog from the shelter a few months ago. Her name is Lylah. I live in Salt Lake City with my best friend of about 8 years, Chelsea. And I've been dating my boyfriend, Joe, for a year now.
