Hopeful Happiness

Well, I'm all settled in to my aunt and uncle's house for now. The past week I've been here has been really motivating and eventful. I went to a cycling class with my aunt and sister that KICKED MY ASS, literally-- it bruised my butt-- but it was fun. I also worked up the courage to walk around the town and hand out my resume to restaurants. For some reason I get so panicked and nervous when I'm looking for a new job. I ended up going in to 7 shops around town so far, and I feel pretty accomplished about that. We also went hiking yesterday and it was beautiful up there.

I'm really proud of myself for putting forth an effort. Last time I moved to Arizona I think I held myself back a lot, for a lot of reasons. I've got another chance for this to be a really positive move in my life, and that's exactly what I'm going to make it be. I've got a completely different frame of mind. So far, every day I've been here I've gone out and done something active or different. It makes me feel motivated and happy. I could be sitting in this room all alone all day like I did last time, but I refuse to waste any more days of my life being that way.

My next hope is to find a job quickly and move out with Autumn. Things are really looking up for me. I'm really happy and I'm really hopeful.

Here's some photos of the past few days:
